Land Use Permit Application (fill-in):  is needed for all construction projects exceeding 100 square feet in size.  Any interior modifications to an existing structure, provided they are entirely interior, do not require a Land Use Permit, but may still require Construction Code (contact the County at 995-6044) or other applicable permits.

Sign Permit Application:  is needed for all new freestanding or wall signs.

Special Use Permit Application:  is needed for all commercial and multi-family residential construction projects including building additions, changes in use, or modification of interior spaces that change the sewer or parking use requirements.

Hearing (a.k.a. Variance) Application:  is needed for all requests that are heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals.  Such requests may include appeals of other board decisions or of determinations made by the Zoning Administrator, requests to extend non-conforming uses or structures, special exception permits and variance requests to vary the township zoning ordinance standards.  Variances cannot be issued for uses, they may apply only to dimensional standards (i.e. setbacks, maximum height, etc.) in the ordinance.

Rezoning Application:  is needed for all requests to change the zoning classification of any property in the township.

Subdivision Application:  is needed for all applications to develop land through subdivision control or through the site condominium mechanisms.
